Car spotted at multiple crime scenes connected to stolen mail spree across Pa. counties, police say

Police say the driver of a black Mercedes has been going around and stealing mail in neighborhoods across Pennsylvania, including Montgomery, Chester and Bucks counties. The car has been seen at multiple crime scenes and while the license plate changes, the car features remain the same.
