Philly Police Arrest Man Suspected in Robbery, Stabbing After Escape

A man was stabbed and robbed early Wednesday morning after coming home from work in Philadelphia’s Lawncrest neighborhood. NBC10 cameras captured the second arrest of the suspect, after the alleged assailant was caught and then got away in handcuffs.
