Businesses beefed up security after 52 arrested, 31 charged for rioting and looting across the city

Police have been patrolling all day and some of the stores that were looted on Tuesday night have hired security to prevent people from repeating the chaos that happened. Some businesses even closed down early for Wednesday night. Police have arrested 52 people and 31 of them have been formally charged so far. NBC10’s Leah Uko has the lasting effects on the city.
