Brazen thieves caught on camera ransacking Sephora store in Chester County

Brazen thieves have been caught on camera rummaging through store shelves in Chester County. Police in West Whiteland say they’re targeting stores and stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and they’re not even bothering to hide their faces. Now, police are asking for your help tracking them down. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the story.
