State officials ordered the emergency suspension of a Delaware chiropractor's license following his arrest on burglary and peeping charges.
The Board of Chiropractic voted Wednesday to suspend the license of Sean Maas, 39, of Wilmington.
Maas was arrested on Nov. 7 by Newark Police and charged with burglary, theft, resisting arrest and trespass with intent to peep or peer.
The incident occurred just hours before a scheduling conference was held in a Chancery Court lawsuit in which Maas is being sued by former business partners.
The hearing was held one day after the judge granted a request by lawyers for Maas to withdraw from the case because of irreconcilable differences with Maas and his failure to communicate with them.
