‘Blind haters.' A bandit has been stealing election signs and flags in a Montco neighborhood

Election campaign flags and signs are disappearing and being destroyed in a Montgomery County neighborhood. Police have released surveillance photos of the culprit behind this. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville spoke with neighbors in the area about what’s been happening.
