Vice President Joe Biden will be speaking at Girard College Monday in honor of the 17th Annual Greater Philadelphia Martin Luther King Day of Service Monday.
Biden will be speaking at 9 a.m. to the thousands of people who are volunteering for the day. Expect some traffic delays in the area of North Philadelphia.
