Artist behind fake Philadelphia Eagles political ads comes forward…sort of

An artist came forward and admitted the fake advertisements that  made it look like the Philadelphia Eagles were endorsing Kamala Harris for president were his art. But, he says he doesn’t know how his artwork made its way onto city bus stops.
