Armed boy, teen, rob and carjack multiple people in Philly, police say

Police are searching for a boy between the ages of 10 and 12 as well as a 17-year-old teenager accused of robbing and carjacking multiple people at gunpoint in Philadelphia, including a 74-year-old woman. Police released surveillance footage of the two young suspects.
