First A was for apple. Then it became: A is for art museum. Now the Philadelphia Museum of Art is showing its visitors A is for app.
Starting this month, the city landmark home to thousands of pieces of art and the nearby Rodin Museum will offer the public a chance to explore their galleries in a whole new way – via an iPad app.
"It is a treasure hunt," said William Weinstein, the John H. McFadden and Lisa D. Kabnick director of information and interpretive technologies at the museum.
