Alleged Victim Will Testify Against Sandusky

A Pa. lawyer says that other accusers are coming forward, as well.

A Pennsylvania lawyer says his client will testify that he's the victim of severe sexual assault by former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky.

Harrisburg lawyer Ben Andreozzi said Wednesday that other accusers are coming forward, and he expects to say more about that topic in the coming days.

Andreozzi's statement comes two days after Sandusky told a network television audience that he was innocent of the criminal charges lodged against him by state prosecutors.

Sandusky's lawyer says he expects some of the alleged victims to come forward and say the criminal conduct didn't occur.

Sandusky is awaiting a preliminary hearing next month on 40 criminal counts. Court officials have assigned a new judge to the case.
