An attempted assault inside Philadelphia’s City Hall had authorities questioning security inside the building.
A female employee was grabbed in a sixth floor restroom last Friday afternoon around 1:30, according to Philadelphia Police.
Police believe 41-year-old Albert Tomo, the alleged attacker, is homeless, authorities said.
He allegedly followed the victim into the restroom and grabbed her by the waist, cops said.
Luckily she was able to fight him off and run for help, police said.
City Hall security captured Tomo and held him until police arrived, police told NBC10’s Harry Hairston.
How Tomo got into City Hall was raising questions. Tomo reportedly obtained a visitor's pass, which requires ID and a specific reason for being in the building. Police were looking into how Tomo got that pass and where he said he was going.

"The administration will look into security arrangements at City Hall and look at adding more security to rove the halls for suspicious activity," said Mayor's Office spokesman Mark McDonald.
Tomo is charged with attempted kidnapping and unlawful restraint.
