All the ghouls and goblins were out celebrating Halloween around Philadelphia

Families were out and about soaking up the mild temperatures while dodging ghosts, goblins and gremlins. In South Philadelphia there was a haunted alleyway, just one of the many things kids got to enjoy in the city. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has more from all the Halloween fun.
