There’s a new push for accountability after the death of a 12-year-old girl in Chester County. Authorities say Malinda Hoagland was beaten, starved, and died in May when her organs failed following years of abuse. Her father and his girlfriend have been charged in the case. Now the girl’s sisters want to hold the state and schools responsible. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has more on their efforts to create change for all abused children.
