A look at what possibly went wrong when plane, helicopter crashed over Potomac River

The National Transportation Safety Board has started looking into what happened when a military helicopter and an American Airlines aircraft collided over Washington D.C. on Wednesday night. NBC10 investigative reporter Claudia Vargas has the latest.
