‘Frankford Slasher' Still Unsolved 3 Decades Later

One man was questioned, then disappeared. Another was convicted in a single homicide, and wrongly described as the “Frankford Slasher” during the 1980s and 1990s when a serial killer lurked in Philadelphia. Both men are now dead, and city investigators are looking at new DNA evidence.
