Meek Mill's Lawyers Again Ask Court to Remove Judge from His Case

Meek Mill's lawyers have asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to remove a judge from his case, blasting her conduct as unprofessional.

The rapper's lawyers have been leveling harsh criticism at Philadelphia Judge Genece Brinkley for months. A request to have Brinkley removed from the case was denied last week by a supervising judge.

Their latest filing asks Pennsylvania's high court to replace her with another judge.

Brinkley sentenced Mill in November to 2 to 4 years in prison for violating probation. Mill spent five months in jail before the Supreme Court ordered the judge to release him on unsecured bail.

Mill's lawyers say Brinkley has treated Mill differently than other defendants.

The judge's lawyer says she has been fair toward Mill.

Mills has been fighting to get his 2008 convictions on drug and gun charges thrown out because of questions about the credibility of the arresting officer.
