Convicted Officer Killer Mumia Abu-Jamal Fights for Chance to Appeal

Mumia Abu-Jamal is currently in jail for the 1981 murder of Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner. Abu-Jamal will head to court Monday to fight for the chance to appeal. Officer Faulkner’s widow has flown back in the city to ensure Abu-Jamal remains behind bars.
