Police are investigating a series of church thefts throughout Coatesville.
Beginning last week, police say burglars have broken into five churches in the city. All of the break-ins took place during the early morning hours.
The latest burglary occurred at the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Orthodox Church on the 300 block of Charles Street Monday morning. Police say a thief or thieves stole $5400 in cash from the church. Police have not obtained any surveillance video of any of the incidents.
