9 shot, 3 fatally, during a block party in West Philadelphia

Three men are dead, and six others are in the hospital after a mass shooting in the Kingsessing neighborhood during a block party. Police say there were about 100 people attending the block party when several shooters started firing leaving innocent bystanders injured. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has what we know about the incident.
