76ers development team testifies in front of City Council on proposed arena
During day two of hearings on the proposed Sixers arena at City Council, members from the 76ers team testified. A major talking point was the $50 million community benefits agreement, which is money that the team is pledging to put toward the community. However, City Council members made it clear if they want this arena built in Center City they’ll need to fork over more money. NBC10’s Frances Wang has more from the hearing.
