5th suspect charged in mass shooting near SEPTA bus that injured 8 students

A fifth person has been arrested and charged in the March 6 mass shooting near a SEPTA bus stop that injured eight Philly high school students. Police said the suspect was acting as a lookout for the shooters. NBC10’s Brenna Weick has the details.
