Homeless Man Stands Trial in Stabbing Over $5 Bill

A homeless man has been ordered to stand trial on attempted homicide and other charges for allegedly stabbing another homeless man in a dispute over a $5 bill.

Fifty-three-year-old Scott Fosnaught was charged by police in Butler after they say he sliced a 10-inch wound into the victim, Mark Graham, during an altercation on May 13. Butler is about 30 miles north of Pittsburgh.

Police charged Fosnaught with aggravated assault and added the attempted homicide charged at a preliminary hearing Monday, where a district judge ordered him to stand trial.

Fosnaught remains in the Butler County Jail.
