3-year-old from North Wales will represent Pa. in Baby Miss USA pageant

At just 3 years old, Paisley Ann Stewart will be representing the state of Pennsylvania in the Baby Miss USA Nationals pageant. Paisley beat out thousands of other girls for a spot in the competition. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama explains how this little pageant queen plans to take home the crown.
