3 Teens Shot at Philadelphia Block Party

Three teens were shot at a block party at 18th and Jefferson streets in North Philadelphia Sunday night. The believed target, an 18-year-old boy, was shot multiple times while the other two teens were struck by stray bullets, Philadelphia police said.
