3-alarm fire causes extensive damage to apartment complex in Newark, displacing residents

A fire that broke out at the Southgate Garden apartments in Delaware has left behind extensive damage. The apartment manager said the building’s structure is unstable and Red Cross, along with the University of Delaware, is helping displaced students and residents.
