13th Survivor Lingers in Critical Condition

Three of the victims who were taken and treated at HUP after the collapse were released. Unfortunately, the miracle woman, Myra Plekam, who was pulled from the rubble 13 hours after the collapse is still in critical condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
