1 dead, 8 shot in three separate shootings in Wilmington, Del. within 48 hours

Eight people have been shot in Wilmington, Delaware in the last 48 hours and one person has died. Just before 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon, four of those people were shot in New Castle County where a 22-year-old man died.
