Nurse Held in Quarantine in New Jersey Released, Plans to Sue State

A nurse who says she was essentially held in a New Jersey hospital against her will while monitored for Ebola has been released. The nurse, Kaci Hickox, now plans to sue the state saying her constitutional rights had been violated.
