COVID-19 5 years later: A look at the first permanent COVID memorial in the U.S.

It’s been five years since COVID-19 was declared a pandemic in the U.S. And this weekend, people from across the nation are set to mark the grim anniversary at a memorial in our area that made history. NBC10 Jersey Shore reporter Ted Greenberg has the story.
