Reopening of Philly's Public Schools for In-Person Classes Delayed; Staff Offered Vaccines

Philadelphia public schools will not reopen for in-person classes by Feb. 22, as previously announced, but staff will be offered coronavirus vaccines in hopes of accelerating the pace of a return to school. NBC10’s Drew Smith has the details.
