Philadelphia to Announce More COVID Mandates for Colleges, Health Care

The Philadelphia Health Department is set to announce new COVID mandates for colleges and health care settings and colleges in which people will either have to get vaccinated or show a negative test or wear two masks. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia looks at the new rules already in effect for businesses.
