Dr. Levine: We're Concerned Young People Aren't Heeding Warnings

As Pennsylvania continues to see a large increase in new coronavirus cases every day, Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine said officials are worried that younger people are not heeding the warnings and putting others at risk.
