COVID-19 Side Effects May Be Like Flu Vaccine, Doc Says

Dr. Ala Stanford of the Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium said more needs to be known about the potential forthcoming COVID-19 vaccine from Pfizer, but says data suggests side effects could be similar to those people experience when they get the annual flu vaccine.
