People are moving out of New York and into the Philadelphia suburbs, drawn by more space and cheaper prices amid the COVID-19 pandemic. NBC10’s Lucy Bustamante reports on how Philadelphia is also drawing people and helping to drive up prices, but that’s not the main reason. A real estate agent says it all comes down to not enough homes for sale.
