Motels Dwindling Amid Building Boom at Jersey Shore

The Jersey Shore is still in the midst of a building boom that really picked up steam during the pandemic. With more and more people wanting to live at the beach, a growing number of motels are disappearing to make room for the new houses. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg explains.
