Washington Twp. Police Chief Won't Face Charges After Crash

The police chief of Washington Township in Northampton County crashed his truck last month and officers on the scene reported smelling alcohol on his breath. On Tuesday, officials announced he won’t face DUI charges however due to a lack of evidence. NBC10’s Steven Fisher has the story.
