‘Very fortunate': Police say bulletproof vest saved officer's life in shooting

Two Philadelphia police officers are recovering after gunfire broke out while they were transporting a man to a hospital. Investigators are crediting the bulletproof vest of one of the police officers for saving his life. NBC10’s Lili Zheng has the details from police headquarters.
