Santa comes early to Manayunk as Philly neighborhood jump starts holiday season

NBC10’s Neil Fischer is hanging out with an apologetic Santa Claus (who failed to get Neil a dirt bike as a kid) as he gets a preview of all that Philadelphia’s Manayunk neighborhood has to offer this holiday season. Neil then gets to experience some “snow.”
