Remembering Philanthropist Ruth Perelman

Philly philanthropist Ruth Perelman dies at the age of 90 from an pneumonia. Her funeral was held today in Elkins Park Monday. Sally Downey from the Philadelphia Inquirer looks back at all the local places Perelman gave her money to.
