GLASGOW GAL: Coming all the way from Scotland, indie poppers Camera Obscura play at the TLA tonight. Philebrity.com describes the band as “picking up where The Concretes left off and Peter, Bjorn & John could never quite get to.” Tickets for the 8 p.m. show are $15 in advance and $18 at the door.

CELLAR DOOR: “Donnie Darko” is the film of the week at the Trocadero’s Movie Monday. A wacked-out mind trip, “Donnie Darko” is a cult favorite that will leave you thinking at the end of the night. Three dollars gets you into the screening and also goes toward a drink or snack of your choice. Get there before 7 p.m. and get a free beer and bag of popcorn. Show time is at 8 p.m. and you have to be 21 or older to get in.
