Ocean County Wants to Inspect ‘Penny Arcade'

The Ocean County Consumer Affairs office says that people in Toms River, N.J. feel they are being cheated by the coin counter at TD Bank. The county wants to inspect to the Penny Arcade, but the bank says no. NBC10’s Tracy Davidson reports.
