NBC10 Responds: Tuition Refund for Disappointed Driving Student

A local man signed up for a commercial driving class in Norristown, but he wasn’t satisfied with it, so he withdrew and stopped paying tuition. Then the school sent him a $2,900 bill. NBC10 Responds’ Ines Ferre got involved and helped straighten it out.
