Man Accused of Rubbing Genitals on Bank Employee

A Pennsylvania man is in custody after police say he rubbed his genitals on a female bank employee.

Police say Kevin Yodzio of Slatington walked into the Wells Fargo Bank on the 7600 block of Tilghman Street in Allentown the afternoon of Sept. 26.

Yodzio approached a female employee and told her he wanted to speak to her about a credit card he had obtained from the bank, according to investigators.

Police say the employee had Yodzio step around her desk so that she could show him a program associated with the card. As the woman explained the program, she told police she felt Yodzio standing over her. When she turned around, police say Yodzio’s genitals were exposed. Yodzio then allegedly rubbed his genitals on the woman’s arm.

Police say the woman fled the room and advised a manager and another employee. The employees then told Yodzio to leave and escorted him out of the bank.

Upper Macungie Township police announced the charges Sunday, though they didn't immediately explain why they waited nearly a month to file the charges.

Yodzio was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.

Yodzio did not immediately return a call to his home phone on Monday.
