Aditi Roy Names Her Cheesesteak

Center City cheesesteak makers Jake’s Cheesteak invited Aditi Roy to be a judge in their “Name Your Steak” competition. Steak lovers were invited to send in their own recipes — five of whom were chosen to compete for the best steak. The Garden State Cheesesteak won — a three-cheese concoction of steak, Provolone, American & Mozzarella cheeses with fried onions, roasted garlic, fresh spinach & Jake’s roasted hot Italian peppers.
