Philly Affordable Housing Plan Sped Up Gentrification, Analysis Finds

Most home buyers who purchased properties through a Philadelphia City Council-created affordable housing program that supported home construction in Black-majority neighbrohoods were white and Asian, according to an NBC10 analysis of the program. NBC10 reporter Claudia Vargas spoke with some of the home buyers and developers to find out what happened to the program.
