Electric vehicle charging crisis continues in Philadelphia for city workers

Philadelphia is facing a so-called crisis due to an insufficient number of electric vehicle chargers. The issue was first discovered more than one year ago. NBC10 Investigative Reporter Claudia Vargas explains the impact on city services and safety.
