Philadelphia Water Dept. Changing Meters Could Result in Higher Bills

If you live in Philadelphia and havent already had a knock on the door from the water department, it’s coming and you should be prepared. The department is changing out meters in homes and for some, it has not been a smooth process. NBC10 Responds’ Tracy Davidson reports.
