Pennsylvania officials warn about SNAP text message scam

Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services says a text message scam is circulating claiming a person’s EBT card has been deactivated. The texts prompt users to call a number listed in the message. NBC10 Responds reporter Tracy Davidson has the three red flags to look out for.
