One dad's months long battle to repair his sons' gaming console

When you’re a kid, video games can mean a lot and that’s why one dad said it was important to get his sons’ console fixed after it broke. Even though it was under warranty, it wasn’t easy. NBC10 Responds reporter Tracy Davidson has his story.
